Fashion Friday: Best Celebrity Facial Hair

By Mike Llerena

With the end of “No-Shave November” merely a week away, I thought it’d be appropriate to pay tribute to the best celebrity facial hair. Be warned, this list is completely subjective and totally biased.

1. Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman)

Nick Offerman’s portrayal of “Parks and Recreation” character Ron Swanson is nothing short of amazing– almost as amazing as Swanson’s mustache. Between his intimidating stare and woodworking skills, Swanson is a man worthy of such epic facial hair.

2. Zach Galifianakis

Zach Galifianakis may play a man-child in “The Hangover,” but there is nothing childish about his beard. This thing could make lumberjacks feel intimidated.

3. Ryan Gosling

In the world of facial hair, sometimes less is more. Ryan Gosling’s well-groomed style certainly manages to steal the hearts of young women everywhere.

4. The Duck Dynasty Guys

If the well-groomed look isn’t your thing, take a tip from the “Duck Dynasty” guys and let your hair down (beard hair, that is).

5. Santa Claus

Santa Claus may not be gracing the cover of People magazine on a regular basis, but he’s still as famous as they come. I’m guessing that beard helps to keep Kris Kringle warm on those chilly nights at the North Pole.
